Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services and digital offerings provided by Webnor Group Private Limited, including its operating unit “Webster”.

2. Project Cancellation

Before Project Initiation:

  • Clients may request cancellation before the project has commenced.
  • Any advance payment made may be refunded after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.

After Project Initiation:

  • Once work has commenced, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds, if any, will be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources allocated.

3. No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or inputs
  • Completion of agreed project milestones
  • Services already delivered or deployed

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Webnor Group Private Limited, based on:

  • Stage of the project
  • Work completed
  • Costs incurred

5. Subscription / Ongoing Services (if applicable)

  • Subscription-based services are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
  • Clients may cancel future renewals by notifying us in advance.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.
