  • Any delays due to client-side dependencies (e.g., content, approvals, access) are not considered delivery delays from our end.

  • For any software, tools, or platforms (including but not limited to internal systems, dashboards, or client portals), access credentials will be shared electronically.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.

4. Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and customized solutions:

  • We do not offer exchanges once a service has been initiated or delivered.
  • Any modifications or revisions will be handled as per the agreed project scope or may incur additional charges.

5. Non-Delivery Issues

If you do not receive access or deliverables within the committed timeline:

  • We will investigate and ensure resolution at the earliest.
